Altus High School Graduation will be held on Friday, May 19 at 8:00 p.m. Graduating seniors will practice Thursday, May 18. Students need to report to the southeast doors of the Altus High School Cafeteria by 2:45 p.m. on Thursday.
Altus Public Schools administration is closely watching the weather and monitoring the field condition at Hightower Memorial Stadium. A decision about the location of graduation will be made by 12:00 noon on Friday, May 19.
If it is determined that Graduation will take place in the gymnasium, seating is limited. Each senior will be given six tickets. Only Altus High School seniors will be allowed to pick up the tickets. Tickets can be picked up in the Main office of Altus High School and will be available during school hours. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
The 2023 Graduation ceremony will be live-streamed on the Oklahoma Sports Network. OSN is available as an iOS and Android app or can be viewed on www.oksportsnet.com. Overflow seating for the 2023 AHS Graduation will be located in the Eula B. Peterson Auditorium where the live-stream of the ceremony will be shown.
